These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on www.findthathippo.dk.

Conclusion of Contract

When you place an order on our website, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Once you receive this confirmation, a binding agreement has been made. When we ship the item from our warehouse, you will receive an email with additional information about the expected delivery date.


Payment

Find that Hippo accepts the following payment methods:

  • MasterCard

  • Visa

  • Dankort

  • MobilePay

Your account will only be charged once the goods are shipped. In the case of partial deliveries, only the amount for the shipped items will be charged.


Delivery

We currently offer delivery to addresses within the EU.

Delivery Times

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days after receiving your order

  • Other EU countries: Typically 3–8 business days, depending on destination

Please note that longer delivery times may occur for custom-made items or specific product categories. Product availability is shown on each product page.

Delivery Method
All orders are shipped via PostNord, either to a private address or a selected parcel shop.

Shipping Costs

  • Denmark: Free shipping on purchases over 599 DKK. For orders below this amount, standard shipping is 49 DKK.

  • Other EU countries: A flat shipping rate of 15 EUR applies.


Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. If you have purchased multiple items, you may choose to cancel part of the order.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

  • You or a third party (other than the carrier) receive the item.

  • You receive the last item in an order consisting of several items delivered separately.

If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, it is extended to the next business day.

How to Withdraw
To cancel your purchase, notify us within the withdrawal period by emailing kontakt@andemorsverden.dk. Clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and whether you want to return all or part of your order.

Returning Items and Return Costs
Send or deliver the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation. Return items to:
Andemors Verden, Søllerupvej 17A, 46181 Herfølge.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the package is sent directly to our address, not to a parcel shop.

Refunds
If you cancel the entire order, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping fees. However:

  • If only part of the order is returned, shipping fees are not refunded.

  • If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard, the extra cost is not refunded.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees apply for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or receive proof they have been sent.

Packaging and Condition of Returned Goods
Items must be returned in their original packaging. You may open the packaging to inspect the item, but if the packaging is missing or damaged, we may deduct a value reduction from your refund. You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged and bear the risk until we receive it.


Complaints

You have a two-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This entitles you to have a faulty item repaired or replaced. If this is not possible within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

How to File a Complaint
Send an email to kontakt@andemors-verden.dk as soon as possible if you discover a fault. Complaints made within two months of discovering the issue will always be considered timely. Include a description of the issue and a photo of the product.

If your complaint is approved, we will send you a return label so you can return the product free of charge. Ensure proper packaging and keep the return receipt so we can reimburse any reasonable shipping costs.


Dispute Resolution

If you wish to complain about a purchase, please contact us first at kontakt@andemors-verden.dk. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you may file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution. If necessary, the complaint can be escalated to the Consumer Complaints Board.
